Negativity is so easy to give into and quite frankly almost encouraged now a days.
I see beautiful women putting each other down or insecure women facing inwards with their negative self talk about not being enough or not looking a certain way.
We compare ourselves to other women until we feed our own insecurities.
These insecurities wouldn’t exist if we had more confidence in our unique beauty.

This is not healthy and it’s time we get off of this carousel of negativity.

Let’s stop letting jealousy and insecurity rule our days and instead lift each other up.

Next time you see a beautiful women, smile and admire her individual beauty and know you shine in your own unique way.

I once heard 1 positive word cancels out 3 negative words.

Let’s start being kinder to each other and most importantly ourselves.
