Rebel Haus is looking for professionals who are progressive and excel in grooming services!

We are looking for licensed & experienced barbers/cosmetologist who have a great work ethic, easy-going attitude, and an appreciation for high quality client service for our high-end Barbershop. Responsibilities include and not limited to:

Maintaining a neat and professional work area at all times.

Exceptional Interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated.
· Enthusiastic and Empathetic.
· Sales oriented.
· Professional presentation.

Position Type / Pay Structure:

- Full-Time / Part-Time Barbers (Weekly)
- Commission 70% (Weekly)
- Booth Rent $300 (Weekly)

Required License / Certification
- Valid Florida Barber License/Cosmetology License

Required Technical Skills
- Clippers/Scissor Haircuts, Straight Razor Shave, Beard Trim, Hair Styling

Other Requirements
- Professional / Confident / Approachable / Easy-Going Demeanor
- Great Communication / Client-Service Skills
- Prior Work-Experience at a Barbershop / Salon (Minimum 3 Years)
- Team-oriented / Willing to Work within Team Structure to Develop a Barbershop Brand / Reputation

Must have flexible schedule and able to work Fridays and Saturdays.
