Two eye creams, which one is right for you? Or maybe both?

EyeMax AlphaRet Overnight Cream is my PM powerhouse for overall eye rejuvenation- fine lines, wrinkles, crepey texture, dullness and even those stubborn little milia.

InterFuse Intensive Treatment LINES is all about expression lines. Think crow’s feet and those lines created from years of smiling and movement. It uses peptides rather than a retinoid, so it can be used AM and/or PM.

And YES you can use both.
InterFuse in the morning + EyeMax at night is one of my favorite combinations for complete eye-area care.

Important: EyeMax contains a retinoid, so we do not recommend it during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Which one are you using?

Getting out of your comfort zone sounds so inspiring… until you actually have to do it.

People love to say, “Do things that scare you.”
But nobody really talks about how uncomfortable that actually feels.

The overthinking before.
The voice telling you that maybe you’re not ready.
The fear of sounding stupid.
The fear of being judged.
The temptation to stay with what you already know you’re good at.

Starting a podcast scared me.

I’m comfortable being an aesthetician. I’m comfortable talking to my clients. I’m comfortable running my business and talking about skin all day long.

But sitting in front of a microphone and a camera, knowing my thoughts and words are going to live somewhere for people to listen to, judge, agree with, disagree with… that felt different.

And I realized something.

Your comfort zone isn’t necessarily where you’re happiest. Sometimes it’s simply where you know you can’t fail.

Every new version of yourself requires you to be a beginner again. And being a beginner when you’re already successful at something else can be incredibly uncomfortable.

You don’t feel confident first and then do the scary thing.

Sometimes you do it scared. And confidence comes afterward.

So this is me doing something that makes me uncomfortable. Something I’ve thought about for a long time. Something I could have easily kept postponing until I felt “ready.”

I’m still scared.

But I would rather find out what happens when I try than spend years wondering what could have happened if I had.

Maybe growth isn’t about becoming fearless.
Maybe it’s about becoming more willing to be scared and do it anyway.

ONE microneedling session. TWO weeks later.

No, this wasn’t “just microneedling.”

When treating melasma, the details matter- how we prep the skin, what we pair with the treatment, what we infuse, and how we manage inflammation and pigment afterward.

This was a completely customized melasma protocol using microneedling + a few of my favorite brightening tricks.

And this is her skin just 2 weeks after ONE session.

Look at the reduction in visible pigmentation, redness and uneven tone, the overall clarity and glow of her skin.

Something I always want people to understand: microneedling is VERY provider- and technique-dependent. The device alone does not create the result. Depth, pressure, passes, technique, skin preparation, product selection, and understanding the individual skin all matter, especially when treating something as reactive as melasma.

More aggressive does NOT mean better. With melasma, creating too much inflammation can actually make pigmentation worse.

So please, know who you are trusting with your face.

One treatment. Two weeks. No filters. And we’re just getting started.

THE POWER OF PRODUCTS ✨

4 months of progress.

This is one of the most severe rosacea cases I’ve ever worked with.

My client is extremely afraid of needles, otherwise I would have loved to incorporate microneedling into her treatment plan.

So instead, we took a very gentle approach. For her in-office treatments, we focused on soothing and calming the skin rather than aggressively treating it. We also incorporated Breeze treatments to infuse calming, barrier-supporting ingredients into the skin.

But the biggest part of this transformation?
THE RIGHT HOME CARE + CONSISTENCY.

And this is also your reminder to BE PATIENT with your skin. We actually didn’t start seeing noticeable improvement until around month 3.

It’s so easy to start a new routine, not see a dramatic change in a few weeks and think, “This isn’t working.” Sometimes your skin simply needs time.

Now at 4 months, look at the difference in the redness, inflammation and overall appearance of her skin.

Rosacea isn’t something we “cure.” Our goal is to manage it, strengthen the skin barrier, calm inflammation and minimize flare-ups.

The right products. The right plan. Consistency. And patience. 🤍

Melasma is complicated and it’s so much more than just “pigmentation.” 🤎

It can be influenced by UV + visible light, heat, inflammation, hormones, and the health of your skin barrier, which is why treating it requires a full-picture approach.

These are the things I focus on with my melasma girlies: daily mineral tinted SPF, hydration, vitamin C, gentle retinol, pigment inhibitors, exosomes, avoiding excessive heat, lowering inflammation, minimizing alcohol, and looking at hormones when appropriate.

And remember: with melasma, consistency beats aggression. Over-treating and irritating your skin can make pigmentation harder to manage.

Save this one for later & send it to your melasma girlie. 🤎

Just another reason to wear your SPF every single day AND a hat. ☀️

Yes, pore size is largely hereditary, but UV exposure can make them look even larger.

UV rays break down the collagen that helps support and keep your pores looking tight. As that support weakens, pores can start to look larger and looser and once that collagen structure is damaged, there’s no easy coming back from it.

You can’t change your genetics, but you CAN protect the collagen you have.

SPF + hat. Every. Single. Day.
