Sometimes, our most challenging moments shape our greatest missions.

For me, working through my trauma and rediscovering myself gave birth to Free Skin Co.

It wasn't just about skincare; it was a promise of healing from the inside out.

It was during these moments of healing that the mission to dedicate 30% of profits to bettering the mental health of survivors of abuse, assault, and trauma.

It was during these moments that the Self Care Packs for Survivors Program was born.

I felt a deep, unwavering call to extend a hand, a gesture of understanding, to others walking the path I once did.

Free Skin Co was conceived during my mental health journey, overcoming my own experience with child sexual abuse, su***de attempts, and diagnosed Complex PTSD, as a way to focus on all-encompassing personal care that ensured a healthy lifestyle from the inside-out.

It was a way to earn back my dignity, that each of us so greatly deserve. It taught me the importance of a balanced "self care diet.”

Having ultra-sensitive skin myself, I wanted to ensure there was a viable, affordable, clean, yet fun option, while giving back to those overcoming abuse, assault, su***de attempts, trauma, and PTSD.
