Week 4 of Camp FIT4MOM is here, and we're heading outdoors for our Nature Explorer Week! 🌳🐞🍃

This week is all about fresh air, movement, curiosity, and connection. We'll be exploring nature with our littles, creating Nature Terrarium Jars, and enjoying a special collaboration workout with our friends at FIT4MOM Hollywood.

We’re also extra excited because this Wednesday, we’re celebrating our 3rd year anniversary!!! 🎉💛 So excited to mark this beautiful milestone of community, strength, and motherhood!

Whether you've been joining us all summer or are thinking about trying your first class, and celebrate with us... we'd love to have you with us this week. 💛

This week we're blasting off into Space Adventure Week, and we have so many fun activities planned for both moms and littles. From our "Love You to the Moon & Back" Father's Day craft to Meditation & Reiki, Moms and
Night Out, and workouts designed to help you feel strong and energized, there's something for everyone.
One of the things we love most about Camp Fit4Mom is watching friendships grow—both for the kids and for the moms. The workouts are wonderful, but the memories, conversations, and community are what make these weeks so special.
So grab your little astronauts, bring your sticker charts, and join us for another week of movement, connection, and fun. 🌟

Join us for Moms Night Out at The Wilder on June 15th at 6:30pm — an evening to relax, laugh, and spend time with women who understand the beautiful, messy, exhausting, and rewarding journey of motherhood.

Sometimes what we need most isn't another thing on our to-do list. It's a conversation that isn't interrupted, a meal we don't have to prepare, and a chance to connect with friends who just get it.

These nights remind us that while we're amazing moms, we're also women who deserve community, friendship, and fun.
