V-day nails, simple and sweet 💅🏾
I recently visited Flame Hibachi and was initially informed there would be a 15-minute wait for my order. I waited patiently, but nearly 40 minutes passed without any update. During this time, I observed several delivery drivers receiving orders ahead of me, which prompted me to inquire about the delay. I was told it would be an additional five minutes.
I ordered a drink, and the staff assured me it would be ready by the time my food was packaged. After sitting down, I returned to the counter about 15 minutes later and witnessed the staff just beginning to cook my order—nearly an hour after I initially placed it. Naturally, I was very disappointed and requested a refund.
The staff offered a free side dish as compensation, which I declined since I had already paid for my meal. I left the restaurant feeling dissatisfied and subsequently posted a negative review based on my experience.
Following this, I began receiving notifications from my business page on Google regarding new reviews, which raised concerns for me. After waiting a few days, I addressed the issue directly with the restaurant, resulting in a video conversation where the situation was acknowledged but not denied. Unfortunately, these events have negatively impacted my bookings in recent weeks.
I am sharing this to explain the impact these issues have had on my business reputation.
