Majesty Day Spa is looking for a polished, friendly, and sales-confident Front Desk Sales Receptionist to join our luxury Fort Lauderdale spa team.
This position is perfect for someone who loves customer service, has a warm and professional personality, enjoys sales, and wants the opportunity to grow within the spa and wellness industry.
Position: Front Desk Sales Receptionist
Pay: Base + commission + tips, averaging $17-$20/hour
Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 10 AM-7 PM
Weekends are required.
Role includes:
• Greeting guests and providing a luxury front desk experience
• Booking appointments and assisting with guest check-in and checkout
• Selling retail, service upgrades, memberships, and spa packages
• Supporting daily spa operations, including restocking, laundry, and light cleaning
• Helping maintain a polished, peaceful, and high-end spa environment
Growth opportunity:
This role has long-term career potential for the right person, with the opportunity to grow toward Spa Manager, Spa Director, and beyond.
