The ideal time to wax is during the anagen (growth) phase, because the hair is still firmly rooted and connected to its food source, resulting in the most effective and long-lasting removal.

Since not all hairs are on the same phase at the same time, a consistent waxing schedule is key to sync hair growth cycles and catch more hairs in the anagen phase over time.

It may take a few consistent appointments to notice optimal results because you’ll be getting hairs in the transition and shedding phases in the beginning.

Also, keep in mind that hair growth cycles aren’t the same for everyone.

They depend on the body part, hormones, age and genetics.

It’s all about supporting your natural hair growth cycle, not fighting it.
