We pride ourselves on creating a serene oasis for our guests and we are looking for someone with the energy, positivity, and organizational expertise to ensure every visit is seamless and delightful.

Responsibilities:

⭐️Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step in.
⭐️Manage appointments efficiently, utilizing our scheduling software to coordinate services and accommodate client requests.
⭐️Answer phones promptly and handle inquiries with grace and accuracy.
⭐️Assist stylists with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
⭐️Uphold salon policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience.

Requirements:

⭐️Previous salon experience is a must.
⭐️Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with clients and team members alike.
⭐️Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
⭐️Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
⭐️Proficiency with salon software or willingness to learn.
