Being a isn’t easy. I’ve had to say no to so many gigs out of guilt for leaving the little ones.
I’m still learning to find that balance — though I’m pretty sure is a lifelong companion. 🌿

In this hands-on fundamentals course, you’ll build your henna technique while also slowing down with a mindful art experience inspired by art therapy.
Our mindfulness session includes gentle doodling and creative explorations of your inner dialogue to help ease fears and anxieties. Coloring supplies will be provided.
