Back on my matâŚ
and I almost didnât recognize her.
The version of me that had to sit still, stay small, not bend, not twist, not moveâŚ
she carried more than just an injury.
She carried stress.
Heartbreak.
Silence.
Because when your body shuts downâŚ
everything youâve been holding in gets louder.
So today?
I didnât show up to be strong.
I showed up to let it out.
And yeah⌠some of it hurt.
Some of it shook.
Some of it cracked me open in ways I wasnât ready for.
But thatâs what healing actually looks like.
Not pretty.
Not polished.
Just real.
Iâm not the same woman who left this mat months agoâŚ
and honestly?
Thank God.
