Meet Marina, founder of MaVo Hairlounge.

After moving from Germany to the U.S., she set out to create the kind of salon she always wished existed.

This is her story…

I didn’t move to America with a business plan. I moved here with a dream. 💫

At 28 years old, I left Germany and started over.

I had already owned a salon back home, but I wanted something bigger. I wanted to build a life and a business that reflected who I truly was.

Today, MaVo Hairlounge is so much more than a salon. 🤍

It’s a place where women feel beautiful, confident, and cared for. 🪞✨

It’s a place where stylists can grow, build careers, and be part of something bigger than themselves. 👩🏼👑

What started as a dream has become a community.
