Have you met the owner of Source Salons? This is Ronnie. Ronnie's originally from a small Pennsylvania town known for orchards and farms. His first move was to Maryland for college, studying art. It was then he got the best advice of his life. "Kid, what are you going to do with a degree in art? You've gotta pay the bills. Drop out and got to beauty school." Three days later he did just that simultaneously landing his first assistant job with Marsha Knicley at Sagittarius Salon. "The women in that salon were so intimidatingly talented but they were thrilled to teach me anything."

Since then he has moved to Fort Lauderdale, opened Source Salons, traveled internationally with clients, represented Aveda on main stages of the U.S. and learned from the best stylists in the industry. "No matter where I am or who I'm working with, everyone, men and women, want to be heard and feel beautiful."

Now Ronnie's joy for the industry is his long time guests and guiding/mentoring the stylists, managers, apprentices and support staff in all three locations to obtain their own pride and happiness in the career he truly loves. "What I've learned from the start is that it's all about lifting those around me to pick the ripper fruit for themselves."
