Out of over 12,000 applicants, I was honored to be selected as one of the top four participants in the recently concluded cohort 2 of the IgniteHer Program for Women Entrepreneurs in Nigeria, organized by NITDA in partnership with JICA.

I am deeply grateful to NITDA Nigeria and JICA for this incredible opportunity. Being fully sponsored to Japan to attend TechGala is more than a tour.

It is a powerful validation of the work we are doing to positively impact women’s health.

I look forward to building meaningful collaborations and partnerships with venture capitalists and stakeholders in Japan to further advance women’s health initiatives in Nigeria and explore opportunities to extend our impact into the Japanese market.

December 2025 taught me a powerful lesson: success is sometimes only a few steps away from what looks like failure.

I had just returned from a startup grant competition that didn’t go as planned when I received another invitation.

This time to return to the same state for yet another startup competition.

After the disappointment and exhaustion of the previous experience, I felt no motivation to go again.

But I chose to show up anyway.

Today, I am deeply grateful to God and to the Fembol Group and The CEO and Founder of Fembol Group, Oluwafemi Bewaji for providing not just an opportunity, but a platform;

One that allowed me to stand as a voice for girls and women of reproductive age who face period poverty every single month, especially those in underserved communities.

I believe in dignity and confidence for every girl child.

I believe that something as natural and basic as menstruation should never disrupt a girl’s education or limit her potential.

Menstruation is not a limitation.

It is the pride, strength, and dignity of every woman.

Weekend Strength for Women And Girls...

To every woman and girl stepping into the weekend tired but still pushing,

Your strength is not measured by how much pain you can endure

But by how well you prioritize your wellbeing.

Women’s health is not just a medical issue

It’s a national development priority and should be handled as one.

A country cannot grow when half its population is battling preventable health challenges.

When a woman’s health fails,

her family structure weakens, productivity drops,

and generational progress slows.

Yet too often, women’s pain is dismissed,

their symptoms ignored, and their needs underfunded.

From reproductive and sexual health,

to menstrual health, mental, emotional health and maternal health...

every gap represents a development gap.

If we want stronger economies, safer communities, and a healthier nation,

then we must invest intentionally in women.

And to every woman reading this,

The greatest investment you can receive is the investment you intentionally make on your self.

Be intentional about your health

Empower women’s health, and you empower our nation.

After 8 months of women empowerment and community training outreaches, padding secondary school girls and happily contributing to the lives of these beautiful kids,

I realized something important; outreaches are good but impact had to be measured rightly.

So I decided to take a course in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) with Global Health which has deepened my understanding of how data-driven decisions can improve program outcomes.

This knowledge is already shaping how I approach our work at SAVE-EXTRA ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS

I'm grateful for every opportunity to learn, grow and get better.

Dear Woman, Your Body Is Not a Mistake

I think every girl deserves to hear this:
You are beautiful just as you are.
You don’t need to shrink yourself to fit someone’s idea of “perfect.”
And you don’t need lighter skin, flatter tummy, or longer legs to be worthy.

You are already enough.
Body shaming has become too common these days; in our schools, homes, workplaces, and even online. Chai🥹

It makes women hide, doubt themselves, and sometimes hate the very body that carries them through life.

But hear me, baby girl,
Your body is not a problem to fix. You "gerit"?

It is a gift and a carrier of dreams, strength, and divine purpose.

You are more than your weight.
You are more than your complexion.
You are more than your body shape.

You are simply a masterpiece, fearfully and wonderfully made.
So, let’s stop comparing, stop mocking, and stop judging.

Let’s build a world where every woman stands tall, proud of her marks, her curves, her height, and her skin.

You may need to improve if you don’t feel so good about yourself (because you’re the number one most important person in the world),
And not to gain anyone's affirmations.

True beauty is not in the mirror. It’s in your heart, your courage, and the amazing woman you’re striving daily to become.

One major way I’ve learned to grow is by surrounding myself with people who think growth.

Last Saturday, I had the privilege of joining a panel discussion at a workshop focused on helping young people identify and live out their purpose.

It was an enriching time learning from other leaders who are truly making a difference in their world.

A big thank you to our host, Ngerem Francis, and to the amazing speakers Coach Danie Obiyo and Pastor Chukwuebuka Ekedo.

Growth and purpose discovery never happen in isolation. I’m grateful for all the passionate and purpose-driven minds I met.
