Behind the scenes of filming yesterday’s peel video. Apparently, I’m better at skincare than filmmaking.
Part 3 – 6 day update.
Over the past several days I had no redness and no flaking at all.
The only thing I noticed was a tiny dry spot near my nose ring (which I removed), and my normal skincare routine along with Circadia Aquaporin moisturizer took care of it quickly.
Lactic acid is one of my favorite options for hormonal or menopausal skin because it resurfaces gently while still supporting the skin barrier. If you’ve been curious about chemical peels but nervous to try one, I’m always happy to answer questions.
Part 2 — This is immediately after the lactic acid peel.
No irritation. No “scary peel” aftermath.
Menopause skin doesn’t need trauma.
