My name is Michelle, and I’ve spent over 20 years perfecting my craft as a master stylist specializing in natural hair, braids, and locs. I’m deeply family‑oriented, and that sense of connection and care shows up in everything I do — from the way I welcome clients of all ages to the intentional, calming environment I create at JACE Designs.

I have a genuine love for all things beauty and self‑care, and I believe that healthy hair is an essential part of feeling grounded, confident, and cared for. Whether I’m customizing a protective style or nurturing someone’s natural texture, I approach each appointment with patience, skill, and a commitment to long‑term hair and scalp health.

I’m always open to trying new techniques and exploring fresh ideas, but I also believe strongly in the fundamentals — the timeless practices that keep hair healthy, strong, and thriving. Hi my name is Jeff Smith. I grew up in Syracuse, NY and have been in Charlotte since the summer of 2016. I’ve always been a huge sports fanatic growing up as a 3 sport athlete.

I am pretty new to barbering, officially licensed in the start for 2026. I have started my career here at The Brink and am excited to provide you all with a great service as well as continue to level up my skills!
