***Hey everyone! Just making a quick post here about cancellations and expectations. I make sure each week to bring you my best by sending reminders, getting products specifically for the clients I have within that week, while trying to stay on time to respect your time. With that, I am going to implement a 24 hour cancellation policy. I have many people I have turned away over the years to make sure I have appointments available, with that being said, I am going to be taking on new clients as I need to keep my books full and stop last minute cancellations or multiple cancellations by one client. I will charge a 50% fee of what your service would have been if cancelled under 24 hours. I will send it via invoice. I appreciate your continued support and look forward to keep serving all your hair needs!***
