#StrongerTogetherAsWON!
Your body is changing after 40. That doesn’t mean your strongest years are behind you.
Maybe recovery takes longer. Maybe your energy feels different. Maybe your clothes fit differently. But the answer isn’t always to eat less, work harder, or become more disciplined.
Strength training after 40 is about becoming stronger, capable, confident, and independent.
It’s about carrying the groceries, getting up off the ground, traveling, protecting your independence, and continuing to say yes to the things you love.
And there’s something else that gets stronger too: your confidence.
When you lift something you once thought was too heavy, you don’t just build muscle. You start trusting yourself again.
We’re not trying to get our 25 year old bodies back. We’re building bodies that can carry us into our 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond.
Strong enough to move. Strong enough to live. Confident enough to keep saying yes to life.

Most people overestimate what they can achieve in 4 weeks and underestimate what they can accomplish in a year.
Real transformation doesn't happen overnight. It happens through small, consistent actions repeated week after week. Stay patient, trust the process, and let your habits do the work.

I’m looking for a few incredible coaches who believe that we’re stronger together than we are alone.
For the past several years, I’ve been building Train With Cain around one simple mission: helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. Now I’m ready to build the next chapter—and I’d love to build it with the right partners.
I’m looking for fitness professionals who have a heart for coaching and want to grow their business inside a collaborative, community-focused studio.
I’m especially interested in connecting with:
• Certified Personal Trainers
• Strength & Conditioning Coaches
• Group Fitness Instructors
• Mobility, Yoga, or Recovery Coaches
• Nutrition & Wellness Professionals
• Indoor Cycling Instructors to lead classes in a dedicated cycling room
The vision:
🏋️ A spacious strength training area with free weights, functional training equipment, and cardio machines.
🚴 A dedicated indoor cycling studio with scheduled classes.
🎥 A space designed for both in-person coaching and online training, making it easy to serve clients wherever they are.
🤝 A shared environment where coaches support one another, refer clients when appropriate, and create an experience that’s bigger than any one person.
This isn’t about renting a corner of a gym.
It’s about creating a fitness destination where people can find the coach, class, and community that fits their goals. A place where members walk in feeling welcomed, challenged, and encouraged every single day.
If you’ve ever thought,
“I’d love my own space, but I don’t want to do it alone,”
this conversation might be for you.
Whether you’re an established coach looking to expand, a cycling instructor wanting a dedicated studio, or someone ready to take the next step in your fitness business, I’d love to meet you.
Comment below, send me a message, or tag someone who would be a great fit.
Let’s build something that changes lives—together.
Coach together. Grow together. Serve together.

You don't need perfect macros. You don't need advanced programs.
You need consistency.
Simple habits done consistently will always beat the perfect plan you can't stick to. Focus on eating balanced meals, lifting regularly, and showing up for yourself. Progress comes from what you do every day, not what you do once in a while.
What's one simple habit that's helped you stay on track? Share it in the comments.

One bad night of sleep can lower testosterone and slow recovery.
Recovery doesn't just happen in the gym. It happens while you sleep. Quality sleep supports muscle growth, hormone balance, energy levels, and better performance. Training hard is important, but recovering well is what helps you come back stronger.

Losing weight without lifting almost always means you're losing muscle too.
The goal isn't just to see a lower number on the scale. It's to build a stronger, healthier body. Strength training helps preserve muscle while you lose fat, giving you better results, a healthier metabolism, and long term success.

Beginners can build muscle up to 3 to 4 times faster than advanced lifters.
Why? Your body responds quickly to a new challenge. That's why your first months of strength training are the perfect time to build a solid foundation. Stay consistent, focus on good form, and don't rush the process.

You can't outtrain a bad diet.
Exercise builds strength, but what you eat fuels your results. Every meal is an opportunity to support your goals, boost your energy, and help your body recover. Small, consistent nutrition choices will always outperform quick fixes.
