Did you know I grew up in Long Beach? Some of the members of sublime went to my high school (11-ish years before I did), the same high school that had a Law and Order: SVU episode based off something that happened there 😬, the same high school I had PE with and aided in a class for Shane Dawson. I grew up in between Cherry and Orange Ave. off the 91, near the border of Compton (or East Rancho Dominguez, if you were looking for a job). I’ve gotten to go inside Cabrillo Aquarium after hours and watch a friend drop a Petri dish full of polyps on the floor and the jellyfish float around in the dark, learned how to drive by the beach as my dad spoke to me about housing and money, experience a shooting at a dennys in anaheim, play the violin at disneyland and see Guy Fieri eat at mcdonald’s in Ca Adventure, a buddy being stabbed at a coffee shop during a halloween show and probably ending up in what is the worst case scenario for any parent to pick their child up from, bought tortas every day after school on my walk home, so many memories lol

Even tho there were times that were scary, I love my hometown. Did you grow up in Bullhead or do you miss your hometown?
