Here’s my unpopular opinion: I love a good pimple patch. Especially for my pickers (like myself) this is such a good tool to utilize to help get over a breakout quickly IF they’re being used right.
No matter what the directions say, never leave a pimple patch on for 6-8 hours, that’s why you feel like they aren’t working!
Always put them on clean skin (also never put them over an acid or acne treatment it can over exfoliate!) and replace frequently.
Once the whitehead is gone throw on your favorite spot treatment, like Sulfur Mask, and watch your breakouts clear right up!

Not my typical post but as someone who is always getting to share bits of my clients lives with them, here’s some of my life I’m sharing with you🫶🏻
This summer was for spending time with my family and friends, expanding my knowledge and skills in the treatment room, celebrating so many firsts, and giving my clients the best services I can with the best products.
Hendrix started his first day of school today and I’m looking back at all the memories we’ve shared and I am just so thankful my career allows me to be present with him, but to also be so impactful in the lives of others as well.
Although summer is over (it’s been over since the 4th of July okay🍂🤣) our work this year is just beginning!
Bring on the school year & bring on advanced treatment season— we’re ready for you!!
