My post-operative sessions are designed to support recovery through a combination of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, advanced recovery devices, and professional skincare selected specifically for the healing phase. For this client, I incorporated RescueMD Skincare , a post-procedure scar recovery system formulated by a plastic surgeon to support the healing process.

As both a licensed Massage Therapist and licensed Esthetician, I take a whole-body approach to recover because healing isn’t one size fits all. My goal is to help clients feel supported, comfortable, and confident throughout every stage of their recovery.

Recently, I had the opportunity to facilitate a Prenatal Massage Review Training for fellow massage therapists, revisiting the knowledge and clinical decision-making that help ensure safe, individualized care during pregnancy.

As someone who specializes in women’s wellness, I believe every expectant mother deserves care from a provider who understands the unique physiological changes that occur throughout pregnancy and can confidently adapt treatment to meet those changing needs.

Teaching other professionals is an extension of the same commitment I make to every client who walks through my treatment room: to provide compassionate, evidence based care rooted in specialized training and lifelong learning.
