Shear DYEnamics was formed because we love this industry and what we do -and, honestly, there would be nothing if it weren't for the people that trust in us. As stylist, in a big salon, we were tired of guests getting treated poorly by the management, assistants, front desk, prices,, product pushing.....ETC........ so we left and created our small shop that we consider our second home and want our guests to feel the same… we love what we do. We are highly educated and knowledgeable about what goes on in the hair world and product industry. We run a small salon as stylists because we want to best fit you're needs as necessary.
