There are certain verses you can read a hundred times and somehow they still find you exactly when you need them.

Isaiah 41:10 is one of those for me.

I don't have to know exactly how everything is going to work out. I don't have to have every answer. And I don't have to do any of it alone.

That is why Faith will always come first in Faith Fuel Fitness.

Yes, I want women to get stronger. I want them to take care of their bodies and feel confident in who they are.

But more than anything, I want us to remember where our real strength comes from.

Faith first. Then we build from there.

Can we please stop making nutrition so complicated?

You don't need a detox. You don't need to eliminate every food you enjoy. And you definitely don't need whatever miracle trick is trending this week.

Eat enough protein. Eat your fruits and vegetables. Drink your water. Pay attention to portions. Enjoy the fun stuff too.

And do it consistently enough that it becomes how you live instead of another diet you're waiting to finish.

Boring? Maybe.

But boring works.

That's the kind of approach I want women to learn through Faith Fuel Fitness—something you can actually LIVE with.

The older I get, the more protective I am of my peace.

I want people around me who clap when I win, tell me the truth when I need to hear it, make me laugh, and don't leave me exhausted after every interaction.

Life gives us enough hard things to deal with.
