This office space is centrally located within Fort Myers. Just over the bridge from
Cape Coral and 20 minutes from Sanibel, Estero and Punta Gorda.

Our premium workspace is in the desirable Villas District and features a highly sought after location right on New Brittany Blvd, just off college/Summerlin/41 area with features and amenities to help you perform at your best.

The 1164SF office suite boasts a en-suite restroom, kitchenette-break room, lobby and quiet reception area. It is shared with an established Psychologist as well as an established Medical Massage Therapist and another seasoned Massage therapist with too many skills to list. we are are looking to share our office suite with someone who would fit in with our quiet, calming demeanor.

The room that is available with a gorgeous view of the mahogany trees surrounding the building.
We have two offices available

Room One is 12x9 (108 SF)
with 12 feet of window; $750

Room Two is slightly larger and I will measure this room tomorrow.

Temporary lease of 3 months
And if you and we are comfortable we will be happy to offer a 1-3yr lease.
