It doesn't look like we're going to have very friendly weather tomorrow folks, so Sunday Suds will be canceled this week. That doesn't mean that you can't see me if you want to though! Dandelion season is here!! What will you be making? I have Jam on my list!!

Cleaning dandelions doesn’t have to be slow or frustrating! Here’s my best trick for separating the petals. 🌼✨

Break the flower in half from the top down, then use your fingers to pinch out just the yellow petals. 🍯

This method keeps the bitter green parts out and leaves you with sweet, floral goodness! 🌼

Try it a few times, and you’ll be harvesting like a pro. 🚀

Starting June 19th in Massachusetts, the "Lavender Farm Fest" kicks off at the beautiful Farm at SummitWynds in Holden, MA as one of the summer's most stunning and memorable festivals! This one-of-a-kind event runs across two weekends, June 19–21 and June 26–28, and gives you the chance to walk through more than 4,000 blooming lavender plants spread across wide, rolling fields with clear views of Mount Wachusett in the distance. As you wander the farm, you can sip on lavender lemonade, enjoy lavender soft-serve ice cream, and try other lavender treats, along with beer and wine, including a honey lavender brew from Seven Saws Brewing. Live music plays throughout the day while local vendors fill the artisan market with handmade goods. There are farm animals to visit, plus a one-mile nature trail that winds through both woods and open fields. You can join a yoga session right in the lavender, snap photos at a vintage camper setup, or take a quiet walk through the lavender labyrinth. Kids have their own play areas to enjoy, and there are extra activities like butterfly releases and a digital scavenger hunt. Tickets need to be bought online ahead of time, and once you arrive, it’s easy to see why this festival stands out as one of the best summer events in the state.
