Important Booking Policy Update
Due to an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, all appointments booked online will now require a 50% deposit.
Your deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service. As long as you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, you will not be charged a cancellation fee, and your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the 50% deposit. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Our service providers reserve this time especially for you, and missed appointments directly affect their schedules and income. We appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and continued support of our salon team. 💗
