To all my Therapists out there ⬇️
You are not just a massage therapist.
You are the reason someone woke up today pain free and picked up their child with no struggle.
The reason a person finished the thing they promised they’d build for themselves and family.
The reason someone had enough space in their body to show up for the people who needed them.
The impact of this work ripples out in ways you will never fully see. On the days it feels hard - remember that.

Being a MASSAGE THERAPIST…it’s more to it than what people think 💭

We listen to not just your chronic issue problems but your whole life problems
Studies have shown…it’s the emotion we hide within us that rests in our muscles/deeper layer of our tissues. Our emotions/stress have no where to go so it sits…and that’s where we end up with chronic pain, tight facia/muscle fibers etc…

Sad but fun, as the program comes to an end and these guys head to their pro days
It was a blast working with these two talented massage therapists ☺️
I’ll be working with a few of these athletes for the next three weeks
But for the rest; I’d like to wish all of these talented athletes the best of luck as they well deserve it.
The hard work, blood , sweat, tears they put in and the change in growth we have seen is amazing.
Thank you for allowing us to work with you and help you grow into the future athlete you all are 💪🏻🙌🏻
