I am all about YOU! I love to help people and YOU deserve to be HAPPY and HEALTHY. Most people think of massage as something you do to treat yourself every once in a while, when in reality massage should be just as important as going to the gym or at the very least getting a check-up. I specialized in medical maaaage and can treat almost any ailment. I am Florida State Licensed (MA68763) as a LMT

You don't have to know exactly what's wrong before you book a massage.

You don't have to know which muscles need work, what type of massage to choose, or how to perfectly explain what you're feeling.

You can simply tell me:

“My neck has been bothering me.”

“My shoulders feel so tight.”

“I just don't feel like myself lately.”

From there, we can talk about what's going on and figure out what your body needs.

One of the things my clients tell me they appreciate most is that I listen and personalize their sessions to them, not just what their body needs in general, but what they need that day.

So if you've been thinking, “I really need a massage, but I don't even know what I need…”

That's okay.

You don't have to figure it out before you come see me.

Send me a message and let's start there.

If you're a busy mom in Fort Myers who spends your days carrying toddlers, running errands, working, and taking care of everyone else, you probably don't need another person telling you to “just relax.”

You might just need:
A little less tension in your shoulders.
A little more room to breathe.
A little less feeling touched out.
A little more time where nobody needs anything from you.
A little less “Mom, can you…?”
A little more quiet.

Sometimes a little bit of massage is exactly what you need to feel like yourself again.
If your body has been asking for a break, maybe it's time to listen. 💆‍♀️

5 things that are worth the money if you're tired of being told to “just relax.”
• A massage therapist who actually listens
• A treatment customized to your body
• Regular bodywork instead of waiting until you're miserable
• Time where you don't have to take care of anyone else
• Feeling like yourself again

You don't have to know exactly what your body needs before you book a massage.

In fact, some of my favorite client feedback has been from people who came in knowing something didn't feel right...but couldn't quite put it into words.

One client said:
“Even if I can’t completely describe my aches and pains, Krystall figures it out.”

Another shared that I was able to tailor their session specifically to their needs.

And another said they felt like “a person with my voice being heard vs a number.”

That means so much to me. Because your massage shouldn't feel like choosing something off a menu and hoping it works.

I want to know:
What are you feeling?
What has been bothering you?
What has changed?
What does your body need today?

Sometimes you know exactly what you want.

Sometimes you just know that something hurts.

Either way, we'll figure it out together.

Your body is unique. Your treatment should be too.

If you've been putting off booking because you aren't sure what type of massage you need, send me a message. Let's talk about what you're experiencing and find the right approach for you.

I hear this one ALL the time.

“I’m sore/tight, so I just need to stretch more.”

Ehhh… not always. 😂

Sometimes your body needs movement, recovery, strength, nervous system regulation, or hands-on work instead. And sometimes the muscle you keep stretching isn’t even the actual problem.

If you’re in Fort Myers or SWFL and constantly stretching the same area just for it to tighten right back up… it might be time to look at the bigger picture.

Your body isn’t always asking for more stretching. Sometimes it’s asking you to figure out why it keeps getting tight in the first place.

That’s the part I care about. 🩵

If you’re tired of chasing the same tension over and over, come see me. Let’s figure out what your body is actually asking for. Feel free to send me a DM with any questions!

Some people call it massage… I call it:
• stress management
• a nervous system reset
• a better night’s sleep
• feeling like yourself again
• having the energy to keep up with the kids
• getting back to your workouts
• finally taking a deep breath
• a little peace and quiet
• taking care of your body before it starts screaming at you 😂

Whatever you call it, I call that time well spent.

Myth: All massage is basically the same.

Ohhhh, absolutely not. 😂

Massage therapy is not one technique, one pressure, or one standard routine that works for every body.

Swedish-style relaxation, therapeutic work, myofascial techniques, neuromuscular work, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, sports-focused work, stretching and mobility, craniosacral techniques, heat, cupping, ultrasound… they all have different purposes.

And even then, a modality is just a tool.

This is why I don’t believe your body should have to fit neatly into a menu option.

When you come into my treatment room, I’m looking at you.

What’s hurting?
How are you moving?
What’s changed since I saw you last?
How is your nervous system showing up today?
Are we dealing with muscular tension, mobility restrictions, stress, inflammation, recovery — or a little bit of everything?

Then we build the session around what makes sense for your body that day.

Sometimes that means focused therapeutic work. Sometimes we need heat, cupping, stretching, nervous system regulation, or a combination of techniques. Sometimes the plan I had in my head changes five minutes after you get on the table because your body is telling me something different.

That’s why my work has never been about choosing between “Swedish” or “deep tissue.”

You don’t need to know which modality you need before you walk through my door.

That part? We figure out together. 🩵

Apparently we’re doing a reintroduction because there are a lot of new faces around here lately 🩵

The graphic gives you the fun facts, but the bigger picture is this:

Massage and holistic wellness have kind of always been part of my world. I was raised by a hippie mom from Asheville, and her massage therapist started teaching me about the body when I was a teenager. I was fascinated by it, started down that path, became an LMT in 2012… and then my own health changed everything.

I became the person who knew something was off but didn’t always have an answer.

So I researched. Asked more questions. Learned more about the body. Went down approximately 47,000 rabbit holes. 😂 And the more I learned, the more I realized how interconnected everything really is.

Why does the body hurt? Why does it hold onto things? Why can two people have the exact same symptoms and need completely different things? What do stress, trauma, nutrition, movement, hormones, sleep, environment and the nervous system have to do with what I’m feeling in someone’s tissue?

That curiosity never really stopped.

And somewhere along the way, helping people feel seen, heard and believed became just as important to me as helping them feel better.

Sometimes that looks like very clinical therapeutic bodywork. Sometimes it’s nervous system work, Reiki, sound, breathwork or simply creating a space where someone finally feels safe enough to exhale.

Usually, it’s some beautifully weird combination of science + soul. ✨

That’s me. That’s ATH. And apparently there’s also a concerning amount of matcha, pitbull hair, plants and research rabbit holes involved. 😂

If you’re new here, hi. I’m Krystall. I’m really glad you found me. 🩵

Why does your stomach suddenly decide to give a full concert during your massage? 😂

You’re lying there, finally relaxed, everything is quiet and then…

GRRRRRRRGGL.

And immediately: omg I’m so sorry.

Please. 😂 You do not need to apologize for your digestive system doing digestive-system things on my table.

Those little growls and gurgles are called borborygmi — the sounds created as gas and fluid move through your gastrointestinal tract. They happen all the time, but you may notice them more when you’re lying quietly on a massage table.

And there can be a nervous-system component too. 🧠

As your body settles out of that constantly “ON,” stressed, guarded state and shifts toward more parasympathetic — aka rest-and-digest — activity, digestion gets a little more room to do its thing.

That same parasympathetic nervous system is involved in things like:

• Slowing the heart rate
• Supporting digestion and intestinal activity
• Conserving energy
• Helping the body shift toward rest and recovery

The vagus nerve is a major part of that system and plays an important role in communication between your brain and many of your internal organs, including your digestive tract.

So when I hear your stomach start making noises halfway through a session?

I’m not judging you.

I’m usually thinking, “There we go… somebody is finally relaxing.” 😂🩵

Stomach growling. Falling asleep. Drooling. Snoring.

Your body is allowed to be a body in my treatment room.
