Cady is officially our 25th graduate—and our second crossover student to become dual licensed.
Already a licensed cosmetologist working at Hair Cuttery, she came into the program with a goal of expanding her career and mastering the world of barbering.
From day one, Cady brought great energy, kindness, patience, and a true willingness to learn. She never backed down from a challenge and embraced every task with confidence and determination.
As time went on, you could see her skills rapidly develop—especially in short men’s haircutting and fading. One of my favorite things was hearing her walk in excited about how much more confident she was becoming behind the chair.
But what impressed me most was her commitment. Driving nearly two hours each way throughout the program because she believed in herself and her dream of becoming dual licensed.
That type of sacrifice, dedication, and passion is what separates people.
I’m proud of her journey and excited to see how far she takes this career.

Ervens is officially our 24th graduate, and from day one, you could see the talent was already there.
A strong self-taught barber, he came in already building a loyal clientele from cutting at home and working with friends. But what impressed me most was that he understood talent alone wasn’t enough—he wanted to become a true professional and open the door to bigger opportunities.
Ervens has a huge personality, an even bigger heart, and the kind of energy that keeps everyone around him smiling and laughing.
Now that he’s officially licensed, his vision is bigger than ever. He’s ready to step into larger markets, chase bigger goals, and fully become the barber he was always meant to be.
The future is bright for him—and this is only the beginning.

Justin is officially our 23rd graduate, and his journey is built on true commitment.
Years ago, he messaged me asking if I’d ever open a school. At the time, it wasn’t even in my plans, but I told him, maybe one day.
That day came and so did he.
Justin locked in early, even taking care of his tuition months before he could attend because of other responsibilities. That level of dedication tells you everything about who he is.
When he finally stepped into the academy, he was a sponge, eager to learn, open to criticism, and always pushing to get better.
What stands out most is his mindset. Positive, hardworking, and relentless. Balancing a night job, family, and school and still showing up ready every single day.
