It started with a dream and a wax pot. Together, the two of us got this - me and every woman who’s ever trusted me with her care🫶🏽

Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long. No length, no lift!

Stop shaving 3+ weeks before your wax—trust the grow-out.

Give yourself time. Rushing = cortisol = ouch.

That latte can spike sensitivity. Save it for after! Caffeine stimulates your nervous system and can cause mild vasoconstriction.

Alcohol = thinner blood, more redness & bruising. Not the vibe. Alcohol thins the blood and dilates blood vessels.

Keep it comfy—no tight clothes on freshly waxed skin.

Avoid sun, pools, & hot tubs for 48 hrs. Let your skin breathe.

No gym, no steam, no s*x today. Skin needs to chill.
