my website is there to make booking easier for everyone when i’m unable to respond right away. unfortunately, people have started taking advantage of that by booking full sets as fill appointments.

if i haven’t done your lashes in weeks, please do not book a 2 week fill. those appointments will be declined. it’s not fair to me, my time, or the clients who book correctly.

please book honestly & accordingly so i can continue offering online booking. if it keeps becoming an issue, i will have to remove the website entirely.

fills take typically 30-45 mins.
full sets are 1-2 hours. that’s why time matters 🫶

Fill appointments require at least 40-50% of lashes remaining. Anything less will be booked as a full set.
if you can count how many lashes you have = FULL set.

Please also book fills based on the correct timeframe. If it has been over 2 weeks, do not select a 2-week fill. This ensures proper timing, product use, and fairness in scheduling.
