Dr. Miller will now be working at CHC. He will start accepting appointments on Thursday, June 16th. We are excited to serve you at our new location, and look forward to seeing you there.

Dr. Miller’s new hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9-1 and 3-5:30 pm, Tuesday 9-1, and on Friday’s from 9-1 and 3-4:30 pm.
