‼️📢 IMPORTANT BOOKING UPDATE 📢‼️

Due to the increased number of last-minute cancellations and no-call/no-shows, I will be making some changes to my booking process when I return from vacation.

As a service provider, my time is valuable, and when an appointment is missed without notice, that time cannot always be filled by another client. Unfortunately, the recent increase in missed appointments has made it necessary for me to put additional policies in place.

Moving forward, I will be implementing a new online booking website, and ALL services will require a deposit in order to secure your appointment. No deposit = no confirmed appointment.

I will also be implementing an updated booking and cancellation policy, including policies regarding late arrivals, cancellations, rescheduling, and no-call/no-shows.

Please be on the lookout for the launch of the new booking website and all updated policies.

I appreciate every client who values my time, communicates when plans change, and continues to support my business. These changes will help me provide a smoother and more professional booking experience for everyone. 🫶🏽

To all of my amazing clients,

I will be out of the salon from July 28th through August 3rd enjoying some much-needed family vacation time! ❤️ During this time, I will have limited availability to respond to messages and booking requests.

If you’re needing braids, a retwist, a haircut or any other service before I leave, please book your appointment as soon as possible. My schedule is expected to fill up quickly before vacation.
