FS Running Group

The goal for tomorrow is 8.5miles for me and Devin. Not sure what everyone else is doing but I may be wake up at 5am to run from my house into town and back around the long way. Have a wonderful long run day for those training!

So, I need to do 6.5 miles on Saturday morning…I may wake up at 0430 to get going before it gets too hot. Gotta figure this out since my pet clients will expect to eat when I wake up! 🤪🐾

What’s a good 6.5mi route?

I have committed to using Runna to train for my marathon. Body finally feels like I am getting my rhythm back again.
