I’ve been attending a lot of networking events lately, and I absolutely LOVE it! The connections I’ve made and the relationships I’ve built have been incredible.

Honestly, those conversations are what led me to this post.

💗 Why I Specialize in Abdominal Massage 💗

It’s been a little while since I’ve shared here, but I’m excited to reconnect and continue sharing more about the heart behind Rock Island Therapeutic Massage and the work I’m so passionate about. 🥰

People often ask why I chose to specialize in abdominal massage.

The answer goes back much further than massage school.

As I got older, I experienced painful periods and later learned I have PCOS. I still remember my grandmother caring for me with such tenderness. She would gently massage my abdomen and make me a warm cup of chamomile tea. Those simple acts of love brought me comfort and planted a seed that would stay with me for years.

When I decided to become a massage therapist, I already knew I wanted to specialize in abdominal massage. I wanted more women to know this type of care exists.🤗

If there’s one thing I hope every woman hears, it’s this:

You don’t have to simply accept pain or discomfort as your normal.

My goal is to help women feel heard, supported, and just a little lighter in their bodies. 💗
