Yes. Pool is warm. Feet still hurt when walking but in the pool. Nada. So I swam/ moved in the pool for 30 minutes today. I'm excited to have something I can do and feet not hurt
Saturday I will be in the water but will do some weight training too

94 days until 63. Making a plan. Hardest hurdle for me right now is the energy to workout. So today I spent time planning. 94 days is roughly 3 months. Seems that I recall a program that jump started my fitness journey around 2008. I also started posting about working out when I started that program
No I'm not doing that again that was 18 years ago. That program was an hour a day for 90 days. Just a three month commitment you could take sundays off it you wanted, but I rarely did.
I planning on that mindset. Just workout for an hour 6 days a week. Baby step method hadn't worked. For the first two weeks I don't care what it is I do but it's conscious activity for an hour a day for 14 days. Cardio, stretch, body weight, free weights or any combination of those.
Priority given times at this age but it is a start goal. Mind made up. You cheering me on? I'm cheering you on. Let's go move !

Just did the math. In 95 days I'll be 63.
Time for count down to 63.
See if I can do daily post on the way to 63
Day 63 update as a good day food wise, no exercise as feet haven't been happy. I'm keeping them lock up in strong supportive laced up shoes.
Plan on walking everyday this week for at least 30 minutes. Feet don't fail me

Here it is April. I've made some progress. Balancing home, work, self and others isn't an easy task.

Day 4 thoughts
Another great workday. Then happy hour with the girls. Home yo late yo walk so it's 30 minutes of Zumba followed by squats then core. Ready to get week one done

Day 3 was good. Got up and walked first thing Wednesday. Then busy work day. No squats or core. Food and liquid intake on spot.

I am working with an online trainer. He personalizes the program weekly for me. Monday was day one. I’ve made it through my first week while being in a business trip.
