Our independent stylists are in the service industry. We are here to try and accommodate the wants and needs of every client who choose us to do their hair.
If for any reason you are unhappy with a service, reaching out in a TIMELY manner is of utmost importance. We will do our best to accommodate any adjustments needed as long as they are REASONABLE.
Communication is key.
There is no tolerance for degrading and demeaning conversations. There is a solution to be found if everyone can remain responsible adults.
Extended courtesy from this salon comes to a full halt when a client's goal is to humiliate a stylist.
