Thrive Body Wellness provides massage and bodywork that promote a healthy and thriving body, mind, and lifestyle. Sessions are tailored to the clients needs using a variety of modalities, such as; Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Trigger Point Release Therapy, Swedish Massage, Acupressure, Muscle Energy Technique, and more. It is my goal to see clients walk away from a session empowered with greater body awareness and a growing freedom from limitation and pain. I am licensed as a Medical Massage Therapist in Kentucky and Ohio and received my formal training from SHI Medical Massage School in 2016.
