2013 Gold's Gym Transformation Challenge Jan 25th-April 19th 2013

I am the Fitness Director at Fort Walton Beach Gold's Gym. The most exciting Challenge of the year starts Jan 25th! Limited to 50 participants in Fort Walton Beach. All participants are required to train with a trainer 1x per week to ensure total commitment & lasting results! During this program you will receive a workout journal, tshirt, workout plan and nutrition plan!!! Personal Training Special available is 5 session $99 plus tax. This New Years Resolution is total Success!!

Captain Andrew Geer’s brother, Matt, was inspired to nominate
Andrew for what he describes as his brother’s “inspirational bravery and dedication while serving overseas.” Deployed to Afghanistan the week before last Christmas, Geer is the head of Security Forces at a NATO airbase. His assignments include ensuring the airbase remains secure from attack, providing security as an es**rt for convoys from base to base, responding to conflicts and training the Afghani Air Force to take over these duties. Geer was recently awarded the Joint Service Commendation Medal with Valor for assembling a quick response team to respond to a hostile attack earlier this year. The conclusion of his award reads, “Capt. Geer’s brave and decisive actions, in response to a hostile attack, exemplify loyalty, selfless service and personal courage.” He continues to serve honorably since the attack without complaint and helps many of his personnel cope with the loss of their shared friends
