an. If a customer arrives late it can throw off our entire day so if you arrive to late we may have to ask you to reschedule. (usually 10 min or later) please let us know if you cannot make your appt. We can fill your spot if you give us an hr or so notice. if you do not, you will be asked to pay 50% of the service you scheduled time for. you will not be able to schedule with us again until that is paid so just let us know an hour before hand and we will waive the late fee. Please text us if you have already tried booking online. We try not to stop while with our customers due to cleanliness and your overall experience. We dont rush you in and out like groceries in a line so bare with us so if we are running behind, grab a beer, coffee, water or other beverage and relax and make a friend!
