SUMMER RELEASE & RESET 💥
Join Tides & Strides for a special Rage Night with on Tuesday, June 16th at 5:30 PM!

We'll kick off the evening by releasing some stress in the rage room, then decompress with a creative flip flop craft to decompress, connect, and reset for summer! 🩴

We'll create a charcuterie board so bring a small plate, snack, or board to share! 🍓

This event is limited to just 12 Tides & Strides girls.

We've got something fun planned on Sunday! 🤭 "Anything BUT run" meet!! We'll be using the Okaloosa Glow Path beginning at John Beasley Beach Park to bike, skate, scooter, etc! If you'd like to just pop in some headphones and walk the path instead, you are more than welcome! 🩷

All genders welcomed! Friendly dogs welcomed!

Meet us at 8am in the John Beasley Parking Lot to meet everyone! See you there 😘

Alicia brings people to gather and coordinates experiences all over our town. She supports us as individuals by creating opportunities for people to MEET UP and our local small businesses. The group .and.strides is so valuable. I have so much gratitude to Alicia for what she does here.

TIDES & STRIDES MEETS THIS WEEK! 🧘‍♀️ so excited for our first class with Felicity at .yoga on Saturday ! Make sure you reserve your spot with the link in our bio! This will be open to all genders and new members as well 🩷 some mats will be available to borrow but we encourage you to bring your own if you have one!

This park + pickle will begin with a social walk and then practicing our pickleball together as the courts open up! We will have some extra paddles to share.eet us by the pickleball courts to begin at 6!

NEXT MEET ☕ we're having a hot girl walk & coffee social this Sunday! Come get your steps in with us! Friendly dogs welcomed 😚 we will keep an eye on weather & will update accordingly on our Instagram stories for any changes ‼️

There is parking at the Crystal Beach Access and at Camille's, as well as extra paid parking alongside scenic highway. We will meet at the front of the cafe and begin our walk promptly at 8am! DM us if you have any questions!

NEXT MEET ✨ this Sunday will be a laid back beach meet at Navarre Beach. We will kick off with a short 1 mile run, then be on the beach for a chill hang out! Feel free to bring all your fun games, music, or soccer balls!!
