REFUND POLICY
• Due to our time and amount of product use we put into your nail design/treatments, we DO NOT ALLOW REFUNDS. Please contact the manager if you have any questions and/or concerns. We will offer to FIX and resolve the issue at no extra cost, but NO REFUND due to time consumed and products used.
• As soon as you have stepped outside of salon premises, that means you have accepted the quality of your service and are responsible for damages if more than 24 hours have passed since your service.
• GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE NOT RETURNABLE. ELEGANT NAILS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST CERTIFICATES. We do not offer new issues of gift certificates if you have lost the certificate. Regardless of proof of receipt, ELEGANT NAILS cannot prove that the certificate was used or not. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.
• NO CASH ADVANCES: You cannot obtain any cash advance with your gift certificate or redeem your gift certificate for cash. PUNCTUALITY
• Please contact a salon coordinator (Facebook or through salon [260-399-5980]) if it appears that you are going to be late to an appointment. If you are expecting to be more than ten minutes late, we cannot guarantee completion of the services booked, but as always, we’ll make every effort to do so. PERSONAL ITEMS
Elegant Nails is not responsible for any personal items that have been damaged or lost during services. Be double check for personal belongings before leaving the salon premise. WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
To allow us to provide a quality service as efficiently as possible, you need to:
• Ask for the service which you would like to have. If you are unsure please speak to the salon manager.
• Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before the receiving any service.
• Whilst receiving any service, please provide our staff with your feedback and or comments on their services so our staff can satisfy your requirements right away in the moment of service.
• Inform the staff member or salon manager immediately if you have any concern relating to the salon, the staff, or any service. Concerns may be discussed personally online. Email us at [email protected].
• Inform the salon manager immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection or any other abnormal reaction or condition with respect to your nails.
• Our salon can best assist customers with concerns if spoken to immediately during services or before leaving the salon premise. As soon as you have stepped outside of salon premises, that means you have accepted the quality of your service and are responsible for damages if more than 24 hours have passed since your service.
• Please address concerns that could possibly be resolved to us through Facebook Messenger or email us at [email protected] before posting a negative review on online platforms. We will always work with our customers who reach out and present them with all options possible that are not against our policy. We would like to make things right for you. Please feel free to approach us with any issue regarding our services or our management.
