Hi, I’m Amber ✨
I’ve been behind the chair since 2003 and part of the Southwest Hair family since November of 2004. Over the years my role has grown into two passions I truly love, serving my guests behind the chair and developing the next generation of stylists as our Director of Employee Operations.

Helping people feel confident in how they show up in the world has always been at the heart of what I do. While I still love creating beautiful hair, teaching and watching others grow in their craft has become just as rewarding to me. I’m constantly learning and pushing myself to grow so I can better serve both my guests and my team.

I was a Redken Artist from 2010–2015, and now I pour that passion for education directly into our salon team while also being present for the people who matter most to me, my family ❤️

I’m married to my high school sweetheart, Joshua, and together we have two amazing girls, Abigail and Amelia. My family is my world, my work is my passion, and I’ve been blessed to build a life that gives me the best of both.

Both of my daughters, Abigail and Amelia, are in Girl Scouts and participating in cookie season this year. Their troop is raising money for a trip to Niagara Falls, and they’re learning a lot about teamwork and setting goals along the way.
