Bittersweet news ✨ I’m excited to share that I’m relocating to North Carolina!

Over the last several years I’ve built incredible relationships with my clients that I will forever cherish. I want to thank all of my loyal clients who’ve stayed with me over the years, you mean more to me than you’ll ever know!

The convenience of your appointment is very important to me and I understand that schedules can frequently change. That being said, it is required that you give at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, or if you do not show up to your appointment, a fee equal to 50% of the full service price will be invoiced to you.

Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be cancelled or modified within 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

I strongly value my clients time, and I feel that it is only fair to honor the same policies that are held to my clients. Should I need to cancel your appointment due to unavoidable events within less than 24 hours notice, I will offer a discount on your next identical service, and make all efforts to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

I understand that true, unavoidable emergencies may happen within 48 hours of your appointment time. If that is the case, a cancellation fee will still be charged to your card, but the partial or full amount may be deducted from your next appointment.
