A great facial balances results with relaxation. The first client received a green peel, and the second micro-needling; two very corrective services. However, both were able to catch some much needed Zzz’s during their service. Result-driven can be relaxing, and relaxing can be result-driven 👌🏼

Fueling my body for a busy day: sourdough with butter, two over hard eggs, and an apple with peanut butter.
I used to wonder why I had such a big crash at 2/3pm even with 8 hours of sleep and coffee. Then I realized I wasn’t fueling my body with the biochemicals it needed to function.
