As the year comes to a close, I find myself embracing the transition and looking ahead with hope. I’ve been saying how incredible 2025 will be, and I truly believe it. But before jumping forward, it’s important to pause, look back, and reflect on everything we’ve accomplished.

Some moments from the beginning of this year already feel like a lifetime ago. Reflecting on the experiences that shaped me, both personally and professionally, has reminded me how far I’ve come.

It’s so easy to focus on where we want to be and get frustrated for not being there yet. But if we don’t appreciate the journey, even when we reach our goals, we’ll just move on to the next without truly celebrating what we’ve achieved.

This December marks five years in my own studio—a milestone that feels both fleeting and monumental. I’ve spent much of this year chasing big goals, sometimes so focused on what’s next that I overlooked the wins along the way. But now, I’m choosing to honor those moments, to applaud myself for what I’ve done this year.
