The Positive Knead Massage Therapy Center

Here at the Positive Knead, we offer a completely anatomically correct, therapeutic massage that not only helps the body relax, but also helps bring together the mind, body and spirit. How do we do that? By offering a variety of styles of massage and body work, drawing from my professional training in massage at International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego, CA and my Physical Therapy Tech training from Arizona Western College in Yuma. Draping and Privacy

Here at the Positive Knead, draping is an important part of the massage. We are required by law to drape our clients, ensuring that breasts, genitalia and gluteal cleavage are covered at all times. Proper draping techniques and individual modesty are observed and respected. Draping provides warmth and privacy for the client as well as focus for both the client and practitioner by defining the area to be massaged. It also helps to avoid behavior that could cause public comment that is detrimental to our profession and embarrassment to our clients and practitioners.
