Is anyone else tired of hearing the term "mature skin" and influencers offering a one size fits all concealer, foundation, etc? Just because we are a certain age, doesn't mean that our skin will all be the same. I recommend every person do their homework and use the products that are right for their skin at every age! If you have any questions, consult a dermatologist, speak with a beauty advisor, etc. Do not strictly rely on influencers.

For the past six-ish months I have changed a lot when it comes to what I put into my body. I've cut back on dairy, gluten, red meat, processed foods, etc. I've also started drinking protein shakes for breakfast with something small. The goal for every meal is at least 30g of healthy protein. I've seen a lot of social media posts about these Premier Protein shakes, so I decided to try them. They allow me to intake the required amount of protein and they taste amazing! I tried this chocolate peanut butter flavor for the first time today and oh my goodness is it delish! If anyone is thinking about trying these shakes I highly recommend them! 😋

I ❤️ my new Kiss nails! They are unique and applied like a dream! I found them at Walgreens for under $10. There is definitely a reason that Kiss nails are my go-to nails!
