please check in on your people. sometimes the hardest thing is to ask for help, but just one simple act of kindness or compassion can make so much of a difference in someone’s life.

I myself tend to be hyper-independent, it’s almost impossible for me to actually go out of my way to ask for help. but how can we continue to give and help those around us, if we are trying to pour from an empty cup?

I have had my own share of traumas, mental health related struggles and such. but if there’s one thing I have learned from it all, it’s that the people we surround ourselves with truly does make a world of difference.

I have been watching someone I love oh so dearly struggle with their own silent battle. For years now. And it’s not even just one person.. it’s so many of us battling things that are going left unsaid. If there’s one thing you can gather from this - it’s that I encourage you to take a moment today to reach out to someone , anyone at all who you feel may need a little uplifting. A little support. Or just an open ear. Just a simple check in.

This world is hard to navigate as it is, let alone by yourself. I just want say that when you are in my chair - no matter how big or small it may seem- I am always here to listen and support you through whatever I can.

I’m grateful to be here and have been blessed over the years with so many amazing people that have sat in my chair. Who have felt comfortable enough to share their truth, their stories, and cry with me. It takes a lot of strength to be vulnerable and I don’t take that lightly 🤍

Thank you guys for being here - even through my own battles. This career isn’t just “doing hair” for me, it’s healing and it’s intentional and I love you all (and all I have yet to meet) oh so much.

Taking the leap into a new direction in buisness ventures as a stylist has been scary, exhausting, unpredictable and yet somehow all of the pieces are falling right exactly where they need to be.
