After 6 beautiful years of creating, growing, and building FastingHouse Naturals, I’ve made the decision to close this chapter.

This hasn’t been easy — in fact, it’s come with a lot of conversations, reflection, and prayer. But with the health challenges I’m currently facing, I know in my heart that focusing on my healing is what I’m being called to do right now.

I am so deeply grateful for every single one of you — for your support, your kindness, your encouragement, and for allowing me to create products that became part of your daily lives. This journey has meant more to me than words can fully express. 🌿

You can still shop and support through April 25th on the website as I begin to close things down.

This isn’t goodbye forever — just a closing of one chapter and the space to step into what’s next, with intention and care.

It’s been quiet here for a little while.

Not because this space or this work no longer matters to me but because life has asked me to slow down in ways I didn’t quite expect.

Over the past months, my health has taken a bit of a toll. And when that happens, you start to look at everything a little differently. Your time. Your energy. What actually deserves a “yes.”

So behind the scenes, things have been slower. More intentional. A little quieter.

But the heart of this work is still here.

There are still herbs on my counter. Bottles being filled in small batches. Packages wrapped up late in the evening after my toddler is asleep. Moments where I step outside, breathe, and remember why I started all of this in the first place.

FastingHouse Naturals was never meant to be rushed. It was always meant to be thoughtful. Rooted. Made with care.

Right now that also means giving myself the same kind of care I hope these products offer to others.

So if you’ve been here wondering where I went, I’m still here. Just creating a little more slowly, and a lot more intentionally.

I know I’ve been a little quiet the past few weeks and that’s because I’ve been soaking up the season with friends and loved ones, doing my best to stay present in each moment. 💛

It feels like 2025 came and went in a breeze, and as I step into 2026, I’m filled with excitement, anticipation, and openness for what’s ahead. There may be changes, but they’re changes rooted in growth, intention, and listening closely to what feels aligned.

I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every person who has supported this journey and dream of mine. From shopping small and showing up at markets to sharing kind words and encouragement. Creating wholesome, all-natural products has been such a meaningful path, and I couldn’t do it without this community. 🌿

One thing I’m especially grateful for this year is the opportunity to participate in the FedEx e-Commerce program. I learned so much, connected with inspiring people from all over the country who are building businesses they truly believe in, and was deeply impacted by the teachers and mentors who shared their time, knowledge, and support so generously.

I can’t wait to pour my heart into what I’ve learned and see what can truly unfold. Here’s to 2026 with gratitude, curiosity, and an open heart. ✨
